Drunken Chicken at Oxley Circle, Runaway Bay, may not sound like a very appetising place to eat however im here to convince you otherwise. Imagine an extra large HORMONE FREE luscious juicy chicken, stuffed with your choice of 3 different combinations then roasted the absolute perfection My personal favourite is the chicken soaked in red wine then generously stuffed with sauteed rice, bacon and field mushrooms, then slowly roasted to mouthwatering perfection.Having trouble getting the kids to eat their vegies well you could also try the white wine chicken stuffed with seasonal vegetable and herb, and then once again roasted to perfection.Wondering what to have as the perfect side order Their hot chips and homemade gravy are a guaranteed family pleaser. Not up for a full on meal but could go a slight snack Well look no further, Drunken Chicken has it covered They have seasonaed chicken wings and small serves of vegetables ready to go.Perfect finish to a perfect meal... This place has it toally covered They have a beautiful selection of deliscious deserts to satisfy any sweet tooth.A warm family friendly atmosphere and smiling faces is what you will find when you too take a trip to Drunken Chicken. Even if you do not wish to eat in they also offer take away.A definate for any chicken lover.

Funny story, had to go Robina Shopping Centre with my wife one morning and thought I take the opportunity to look for some laptop speakers. I was looking for a JBL On Tour speaker having heard glowing reports from a good friend. Popped into a little store in the town centre, didnt notice any JBL speakers so didnt bother to ask. I then went to JB Hi FI, now thats a big store, asked the assistant if they have JBL and he said no, the only place on the Coast would be Harvey Norman which is 25 minutes away. Went to Harvey Norman, found out they dont stock them either. Went home got on the internet, got a hold of JBL head office, they put me onto their Computer Speaker Agency, they put me onto their rep in Brisbane who told me that his division doesnt handle that range. Got back on the internet searched the product again. Found one on the Dick Smith site, rang the Brisbane branch that was showing stock, rang and found they dont have any, and gave me a number to try. Rang the number, confirmed they had it in stock, and guess what they were in the Robina Town centre. If only Id looked that morning. Story doesnt stop here. I go back to the RTC to look for the Dick Smith branch, turns out there is no longer one in RTC. So I rang the number again and this time heard the shop assistant say Hello Tandys must be linked to Dick Smith. The very store I had looked in that morning. So the moral is ask You can save yourself a lot of trouble. Oh and the speakers have been brilliant, everybody has commented on their sound quality.

Recently brought some bedside reading lamps from the Warehouse in the Q shopping centre and did a stupid thing by putting my wallet down whilst checking inside a boxed lamp. It was only when I got to the counter that I realised and rushed back to grab it. The comment from the shop assistant was I was lucky to get that back. Is that a reflection of their shoppers, her attitude or society in general

Even on a Sunday when few people are about it still takes ages for a simple coffee to arrive. Im sure if the speed of service was improved then there might be a few more customers enjoying coffee there. The chocolates with the coffee are a nice touch.

We needed a new set of draws and a book case and had only just moved to the Coast and didnt really know our way round still dont. By accident we discovered that mall of shops on Bermuda Street opposite Varisty Lakes sorry dont know the name. The great thing is that there are about 4 or 5 different furniture shops there. The one thing you like when deciding on furniture is variety and choice, not just in the one shop either. Weve brought several pieces from these stores now. It is great, each of them have nice setting and staff. Its hard for them to advertise their competitors but they should promote, the five furniture stores in a row aspect, I think its appealing. Do you

After six of their brazilian laser treatments I have hardly any annoying hair at all, I think one or two sessions more and it will be all gone. I must say it isnt painfree though and I dont enjoy my five mins of fame in there because of this fact. The staff are all nice though and seem quite compassionate towards my discomfort which helps. If you are brave enough to put up with the short term pain it really is a long term gain. Nothing worse than feeling like you are always in between waxes.
